Due to the impact of Coronavirus we have extended our returns period to 30 days instead of 14 days. Your safety is our utmost priority!

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Light Grey Healthcare.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your delivery you can do the following:

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition it was sent and received. Your order must be in the original packaging. Please return them with proof of purchase (original receipt). We can’t offer you a refund without proof of purchase.

PLEASE REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED OR OPENED PARCELS FROM THE CARRIER AS THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS.

All items must be intact and the packages unopened. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your order, your returned order will be inspected, and once approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) if the item is faulty, you will receive the credit within 10 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies. In case the item was unwanted, you will be eligible for a credit note.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping where applicable will be deducted from your refund.
